First of all, forgive the silence as of late. I have been working on three or four potential new pieces, but a certain amount of writer’s block has kept them milling around in OpenOffice up until this point. Normal service will be resumed shortly.
There are two new podcasts to announce, however. Investigative journalist and Dodcast guest William Ramsey had me on his show to discuss my article on Carl Jung, ‘The Reluctant Occultist: Carl Jung and the Western Esoteric Tradition’, published in the anthology Custodian of the Unconscious, edited by Troy Southgate. William is an ever-gracious host, and the conversation wove between Jung’s life and work and relevant contemporary psychological and parapolitical issues.
Shortly after, Jasun Horsley spoke to me for the Jobcast about the “the ins and outs of religion, revelation, raves, cultural Christianity, the new wave of ‘paranoid aware Christians,’ and why no one who talks about God knows what they are talking about.” I’m sure most readers are aware that Jasun’s work has been one of my strongest sources of influence and inspiration, and I very much appreciated our latest conversation.
Finally, Dodson Sr (Moe to those who know him) has finally launched his own Substack, Stands in Water. Our Dodcast conversations have been consistently popular with listeners, and I encourage you to give his blog a follow.
That’s it for now. Stay blessed, friends.
i promise to let Luke do more of the talking next time!
Congratulations! Looking forward to checking these out.
